Refund Policy

In case of problematic transactions, you should first send us your transaction ID/screenshot of successful payment by email to banglaharaf25@gmail.com or by sending a message to our Facebook page.
If there is any problem from our side, the problem will be resolved within 24 hours.
If there is any problem from your bank, then you will get the problem resolved as per your bank's policy.
If you purchase the same font multiple times, you can : a) get a refund, or b) choose another font of your choice of equal value.
If for some reason the font file is lost due to computer format/mobile format or damage after you purchase the font, please email us your transaction ID or send a message to the page inbox and we will send the font via email within 24 hours.
If there is any problem with the font or if it is upgraded later, you can get the upgraded version for free, in which case you need to contact us via email or Facebook page inbox with the transaction ID.
Refund - Refund is only given in case of multiple purchases of the same font. If the font is not downloaded after successful payment, no refund is given, the font is sent upon request. Refund requests are accepted up to 15 days from the date of font purchase, subject to the above conditions.The Refund Amount will sent after deducting gateway charges. ​
